Meticulous devotion to details makes this mokumentary retelling of the Battle of Hoth worth seeing.

The film provides a thorough retelling of the Battle of Hoth--complete with commentaries from "historians"--in the style of the Ken Burns documentary The Civil War. At almost fourteen minutes in length, the mokumentary is longer than most, but small touches the like retelling of personal stories by key generals, battle diagrams and Ken Burns-esque background music--all of which are convincingly executed--make Star Wars: Battle of Hoth a worthy addition to the realm of Star Wars fan films.
