Star Wars vs. Star Trek (February 23, 2006)

An impressive technological feat of good editing, model work, and visual effects.

The film pits Darth Vader and the Empire against Captain Jean-Luc Picard and U.S.S. Enterprise. I first thought the film would be a basic mashup, but in addition to editing scenes from Star Wars and Star Trek together, the film uses original models and visual effects too. The piecemeal dialogue is sometimes choppy, but all things considered the film is an entertaining and well-constructed Star Wars and Star Trek crossover.
